You can do it with two transformers too. Each one could have a 115
volt primary with a 15 volt 10 amp secondary, and just put the two in
series, both primary and secondary. 

In fact, you could use any combination of transformers which add up to
the 30 volts you need, as long as the secondaries are rated at ten
amps or more.
