I analized a little bit who of the contesters - RTTY, CW or SSB operators
are the Fastest in submitting the logs into LoTW. That was I see on my
experience:
a. RTTY operators
b. CW operators
c. SSB operators.
Of course, LoTW submission is not a direct replacement of paper QSL's,
however this a matter of time.
After 10, 15 or 20 thousands paper QSL's received, you start looking for
something new, less time consuming.
I am personally sending paper QSL's direct for new countries. More and more
often though, with a nice surprise, I can see those DX's submitting their
Logs for everyone in the LoTW. This is really nice.
To receive LoTW QSL's from HV, 3Y0, 5A - a pleasure!
I spoke with some DX's from ex USSR countries. They say that they would be
happy to send their Logs to LoTW, they just dont have an Internet as of yet.

Just my 5 cents
