Directly contest sponsor shouldn't care. Indirectly yes.

Last contest I worked few new ones on 160. Why should I loose them for DXCC? I
better work them before contest. If this question is
not fixed between CQ WW and DXCC than contest will loose a lot of participants
who came to work new ones.

Is it good price for publishing logs?

PS I vote for both. I agree that logs should be available but I need my DXCC
credits earned in contest too.
