Your mail is dated "Sun, 7 Mar 1982 13:42:37 -0000". If that is your
computer's system time, Norton will probably notice that the
certificate was issued 25 years in the future (11.04.2007), which is
certainly suspect.
No problems of any kind here with LOTW. The SSL certificate expires on
16.04.2009 and hasn't been changed lately.
