NCCC PRACTICE SPRINT continues this week, Feb. 21, local date in 
North America;  Feb. 22, UTC.

Usual NS rules this week, adding 40m.  80 and 160 should still be best.

--30 mins   0330-04Z  (all NCCC practice sessions will be the same 
LOCAL START time, year round, UFN)
-- Start 0330Z (1930 PST, 2030 MST, 2130 CST 2230 EST)

This Thursday, use  NS (NCCC Sprint) rules using THREE bands:
BANDS:   40, 80, 160m: --  7040, 3540, 1815  +/-5.
-- CW only, LOW POWER, dupes allowed after 1 intervening Q  1 KHz QSY.

Slow speed NS (SNS) from 0300 to 0315Z, 40m and 80m

-- Report scores near 3610 LSB after the practice,  at 0400Z (8 PM PST) on
the weekly NCCC net), and the 3830 Score posting page (thanks to 
WA7BNM & N7WA).

Next week, Feb. 29; as a warm-up for ARRL Phone, let's do an SSB NS 
(first time!).  Rules same as CW NS, dupes ok, mults on each bands.....
