I am fairly certain that the transformer should be removed prior to
shipping. You should also secure the tubs and fan. I would contact Alpha
Power directly and ask.

I just bought an Alpha 374 amp and need to know if the power transformer is
removable for shipping as is the case with the Alpha 76/78 etc.. Or, does
the amp ship with the transformer installed which makes packing a little
more touchy and important.
