[CQ-Contest] Check Year Distribution

With my best performance ever in a CW SS, I've tabulated the 
Frequency Distribution of Check Year; the peak year was 1962
with 55 stations (4.7 percent), and the Cumulative Percent
shows that 50% of the stations were licensed in 1966 or earlier.
