The Contest Country (CTY) Files were updated on 10 November 2008.

    http://www.country-files.com/cty/

Please follow the Installation link to find instructions for your
particular software.

NOTE that TR Version 6.90 now supports the '=' before full callsigns
in CTY.DAT.

Here are the release notes:

10 November 2008 (CTY-1812)

    * There is a new style of version string in the file. If you try to
      log the callsign VERSION, the CTY version number (i.e. CTY-1812)
      will appear in your logging software as the country name.
      (Technical details: a special entity whose primary prefix is
      "0VER" [zero-VER] was created for this purpose.)

    * For Win-Test users of cty_wt.dat and cty_wt_mod.dat, added CQ zone
      exceptions for the following Canadian prefixes: CF, CG, CJ, CK,
      VA, VB, VC, VG and VX. For ct_wt_mod.dat (only), added coordinates
      for VE9, VO1 and VO2.

    * AH0AH is Alaska, KL
    * CE9 is South Shetland, VP8/h
    * GB1FS and GB5JS are both Scotland, GM
    * LU3HKA/H is Argentina, LU
    * OP0OL is Antarctica, CE9
    * TO2HI is Guadeloupe, FG
    * TO3R is Reunion, FR
