Seeing K4ZW's post on CQ-Contest about the JT 'Test this weekend reminded me of
a story W3ZZ told about the old days of the QSO quota in ARRL CW DX. (For the
newer guys, you were allowed only five QSOs with any one country on a band.
And the Test ran two weekends. The idea was to let the "little guys" in W/VE
work some DX. No quota on phone. I think the CW quota was dropped in the late
'60s.)

As I recall, the 20 meter crew (K3EST and ???) at W3MSK (W3AU) had astoundingly
worked FOUR JTs. They were desperately hoping to get a fifth so they could
call "CQ DX ASIA NO JT".

73, Art K3KU
