Nov. 13 and 14 local date in North America, Nov. 14 & 15 UTC.
30 minutes starting at 0230Z (year round): ONE HOUR EARLIER THAN PREVIOUS,
LOCAL STANDARD TIME: 1830 PST, 1930 MST, 2030 CST 2130 EST
ARRL SS rules, SSB only, choice of power, 40 and 75m.
RALLY FREQ: 7200-7225, 3800-3830
The SLOW SPEED CW NS practice continues on 40 and 80m, also ONE HOUR EARLIER
