[CQ-Contest] Contest Club Score version 1.3 released

I have released a new version of ClubScore, you can download it from here:

   http://software.ad1c.us/#Club

This program takes a 3830 Score Summary and filters out the scores for
your particular contest club.  Since the initial release:

*  Allows multiple input files (NOTE: syntax changed slightly)
*  Doesn't print Operators heading if there are no multi-ops
*  Strips off (most) HTML and mail headers.

If you run into any problems with it, please let me know.
