Technically, no, since you are not getting live, real-time,
on-air-at-the-time help from another human being... just a reference from
past activities from a database file.

But... if you're not comfortable with SCP, don't use it.  (I don't)

If I use this help from others during a contest does this put me in the 
single operator assisted class ?
