Thanks, I will have to give it a try. I also have a dipole at 90 ft. It will 
just take another relay in my 80m remote switch.

But I guess making it switchable is a must. For example, in some situations 
with noise from thunderstorms, the high-angle suppression of the 4-sqr really 
helps with the qrn even for stateside stations.

Adding another amp on the dumped power sounds dubious however :)
