[CQ-Contest] Contest Rule Interpretation

I wonder what the  going rate is  for an attorney to decipher contest rules: 



- what do they really mean 



- how far can you "bend" a rule without violating the rule 



- which contest rules can you choose to follow, and which not 



I'm sure they'd have a field day interpreting  "The Spirit of radio or 
contesting" 

That one might even make it to the Supreme Court!
