I only see that applying to the particular station that is considered an
"entrant." I would assume that one of the ops making a go of it from his
home station as a single op is using a different callsign than the one used
by the multi-op station. So you'd have two "entrants" - the callsign used by
the multi-op station and the callsign being used by the single-op from a
different location. Rule III - "6. A different callsign must be used for
each CQ WW entry."
I also don't specifically see any prohibition of the single-op working the
multi-op station he was part of at a different time. However, I question the
value of that. Assuming the single-op is not going too far to get home, you
have Rule VI - "3. Contacts between stations in the same country are
permitted for zone or country multiplier credit but have zero (0) point
value."
