Actually it's not all bad - back in the late 80's  I was chasing mults on 20 
meters from KP2A and managed to work an HR
by checking into the net!   Since that day  K1DG recognizes me as "Tegucigalpa 
Tony"!  ;-)   (I pretended to have traffic
for Tegucigalpa and managed to exchange reports with the guy in HR)
