A number of the comments here are inferring that "Years experience" is a 
substitute for "age."
Please keep in mind that you can have a 65 year old in any of the "years 
experience" 
categories.  Don't assume that someone with 2 years experience is 20 years old; 
they could
easily be 70+

I can't give you the answers because I was supplied with any Operator AGE data.
