For those who are interested, the Reverse Beacon Network's Signal
Comparison Tool is back, at http://reversebeacon.net/compare/ . Felipe
had it shut off for a while, in hopes of making it better before it
returned, but I persuaded him to turn it back on in the meantime, so you
can see how you did during the Russian DX Contest. At one time or
another during the 24 hours, 34 Skimmers contributed over 545,000 spots,
so if you called CQ, chances are that you were heard.
