[CQ-Contest] TS-850 decoder-driver chips

I ran across four 74LS145N decoder-driver ICs that go in the TS-850. This is
the chip than can fail in the presence of too much RF, as noted on N6TR's
page. I have three of them. Contact me directly if you need one.
