I have some #77 ferrite cores that I want to use with cables that have large connectors on each end. Does the ferrite do its job if I make a "U" in the middle of the cable and loop the "U" through the cores a few times, as opposed to passing the end through the core, which I can't do because of the connectors. Of course, I can use snap-ons, but I haven't found those in a #77 mix. 73, Ken, K6LA / VY2TT _______________________________________________ CQ-Contest mailing list CQ-Contest@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/cq-contest |
