I have just published two articles on the RBN blog at

anyone planning to use this resource in Assisted or Extreme mode in
CQWWCW next weekend. One explains how to connect to the RBN Telnet node
and gives step by step instructions on how to use CC User to set up your
filters exactly as you want them. The other addresses fail-safes just
in case we haven't fixed the server and it goes down during the contest.
