The skimmer servers by default will not spot the owner's callsign.  That is why 
you will see my skimmer missing during some contests, i have changed the 
callsign to the operator's call for that weekend so it doesn't spot him.

Why is it OK to self-spot on the RBN, but
not on the cluster? :-)
