There is no second form that opens after I populate the
filename, click cw, and click upload.
I'm left with a blank upload form.
I thought it was a browser problem, since I'm using the
(fairly new) Internet Explorer 8.0.7600.16385, but
I then tried with Mozilla Firefox and the results were
exactly the same - a blanked form after the upload.
I am using Windows SEVEN Ultimate on a 64 bit HPENVY.
I've attached the file as requested, and know that my
(meager) score has been received, and I will be happy to
help you debug in any manner, but since the log is there
don't feel obliged to spend your time chasing what must
be a unique issue here.

P.S. The log is for EI/W5GN but I never know what call the
robot will accept for the log name, sometimes EI-W5GN.LOG
works and sometimes it doesn't, so I just named it w5gn.log.
Maybe that's involved in the problem?
