[CQ-Contest] Dupes in CQ sponsored contests

Even though I'm careful, some dupes often creep into my logs.  In last  
weekend's WW RTTY there were two, one for certain and another where I'm not  
sure about the first QSO, whether I had it or not.
 
What are CQ's rules about submitting dupes?  I can't seem to find any  
definitive statement.  I don't want to penalize the other stations or  myself.
