I'm happy to announce that the new RBN database and web server is now up
and running. It is about twice as powerful as its predecessor, and our
testing so far indicates that it should be able to handle even the
unprecedented activity we expect for CQWWCW. Both of the RBN's telnet
servers are available for connection to your logging programs, at the
