The QRP ARCI sponsors the Milliwatt Field day, which is a "Field Day
within the ARRL Field Day."

The contest is concurrent with the ARRL Field Day, but has somewhat
different rules. See http://www.qrparci.org/content/view/6870/118/ for
further reading on the subject.
