He was a character. I very distinctly remember dealing with him from 
Ameritron when it was in Ohio. No matter what advice I gave, he did what he 
wanted. Despite warnings, because he could get big meter pinning power, he 
intentionally ran excessively high voltage by using the wrong transformer 
taps. I finally cancelled his warranty.

He would often have the cover off, and interlock defeated, while messing 
around inside the amp. This was with HV running up around 4000 volts. I 
figured the poking around with the cover off would eventually get him.
