First: Thank you Bob for your service. You have done an exemplary job over
the years and it is greatly appreciated

Secondly (not addressed to Bob):
Maybe perhaps he retired because of the constant criticism expressed about
every breath that happens in contesting? I am just throwing that out there
as a possibility. It is emotionally draining to read the same complaints
year after year in a predictable pattern. It's even more draining to hear
the conspiracy theories. Grow up
