For those planning to use Win-Test for the ARRL November Sweepstakes or
ARRL 160m contest, note that you should upgrade to version 4.10.0 or
4.10.0.-dev or later so that the four Ontario sections will be properly
recognized as multipliers. Using an older version, Win-Test will still let
you log these QSOs, but it will not properly calculate your score or count
your multipliers.

There is no way to fix this by updating a data file; you need a new version
of the program.

The four VE3 sections:

ONN - Ontario North
ONE - Ontario East
ONS - Ontario South
GTA - Greater Toronto Area

Registered users can download Win-Test 4.10.0 from
http://download.win-test.com/v4/bin (password required).

If you don't remember your web site password, follow the instructions
here<http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/FAQ:Problems_Registering_and_Running#When_I_attempt_to_download_Win-Test_4_the_web_site_asks_for_a_login_and_password._What_should_I_use.3F>
.

Detailed instructions for installing and registering Win-Test 4 on a new
computer are listed
here<http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/FAQ:Problems_Registering_and_Running#How_do_I_download.2C_install.2C_register_and_configure_Win-Test_on_a_new_computer.3F>
.

Questions about Win-Test should be directed to the Win-Test
reflector<http://www.win-test.com/rubrique.php3?id_rubrique=1720>,
not CQ-Contest.

Thanks.

73,
Bob, N6TV
