[CQ-Contest] LOTW

After all the negative comments about LOTW (I didn't say anything but I was
irritated too), I think it is only fair to comment that the staff has the
system running pretty well as of today. At one time the que was up to about
10 days but now it is down to just 4 hours. Not bad!

Now we can complain about something else. :-)
