[CQ-Contest] SDR is not CW Skimmer

I see this assumption begin made a lot:

Using SDR is not necessarily the same as being "assisted". Many people 
automatically assume "SDR" means using CW Skimmer. They are not the same. There 
are people using SDR in the way Jose outlines who find and copy every callsign 
on their own.
