I also was looking forward to working ND and SD. I was able to find only 1 ND 
station on ssb, which I could 't work, 2 on CW, 1of which I worked.   By pure 
chance I say a strange trace on the P3 just 2 min. before the end of the 
contest and found a SD station on rtty which I quickly worked--I was VERY happy 
to see his qsl on LoTW a short time later. I had hopee to work WW0WWW on a few 
bands but didn't see them. Condx were dismal. 

Oh well, hope things get better.
