OMs,

Thanks for clarify this issue. I was curious about LRxF first place in SA.
I didn't know what that means.

In Brazil, the issue is many ITU Zones (12, 13 and 15), and rules disallow
same HQ on different ITU Zone.

PY Regulations does either allow or disallow operation same callsign spread
over different callsign areas. Some operators has been operated on area 5
using home callsign on area 2. My point of view is the callsign on
contest/dx should be PY2XYZ/5 as the main function of callsign is identify
and define station location.

Said that, we will use the callsign ZZ2HQ (LABRE) from stations located on
areas 2, 7, 6 and 8, but all of them within ITU Zone 13.

I hope we'll stick to the Contest Rules and PY Regulations compliant as
well. Any comments or suggestions?

73, Luc
