The host hotel and center of activity for WRTC2014 will be at the DoubleTree
by Hilton Hotel in Westborough, MA. Unfortunately, the hotel has already
sold out of all rooms. The WRTC2014 organizers have arranged special pricing
with a number of other hotels in the area. You can see a list of hotels and
how to submit reservations at http://www.wrtc2014.org/visitors/hotels/
All competitors and referees will have guaranteed reservations at the
DoubleTree. Other visitors and guests should plan to stay at one of the
nearby hotels.
Competitors will be arriving to WRTC2014 on Tuesday and Wednesday, July
15-16, 2014. The awards dinner and closing ceremony is Monday, July 14,
2014.
