There is absolutely no need to compensate for geographic advantages or have
weighting factors to level all even.

One has to compare results with neighbour hams or own previous results.

If you want to win, buy lots of towers and aluminium and built up a
competitive station.

But it's a pretty weird way of competition if world top boxes remain, since
there is no weighing factor to make it even.

So you can either remove competition at a world level and only presents
results at a country or zone levels. Or you can create a few set of
algorithms to compensate geographic disparity.
