(calculated score from Cabrillo after NIL/bustedcalls/errors)
divided by (calculated score from Cabrillo before reductions)
Numerator and denominator should both be reduced for operating
overtime in a time-limited contest,

***** because many people like to
operate overtime as insurance against arithmetic errors on
off-time calculations.***** Getting the denominator from 3830 is also
interesting (I
calculate this myself sometimes for the top 10), but some people
don't report to 3830, and sometimes there are discrepancies in
3830 from what is submitted in the Cabrillo (such as forgetting
to hit the "rescore" button in the logging program). Dave Hachadorian, K6LL
