ARRL CW Feb 21-22
CQ 160 SSB Feb 27-Mar 1

in 2015 february has only 3 full weekends. What happens with
   ARRL CW  (regular 3rd full weekend in feb)
   vs.
   CQ 160 SSB (regular last full weekend in feb)?

This is the same in 2015.
