Yes. It's the creation of W6RRR, with encouragement from NCCC. San is a protege of K6XX, whose three daughters are also licensed. San got her Extra license about a year ago. A week later, she posted a top score in an SSB contest operating from K6XX's station (All Asia, perhaps). Around that time, I worked her a couple of times on CW in a contest, in the 25 wpm range. Interesting young lady, intellectually curious, attends local club meetings that are dedicated to technical discussions and asks lots of questions. Check out her qrz.com page.
