Just what is your motivation in asking such a question? Do you have a
specific contest in mind?
With respect to CQWWDX, the answer is the same as already posted for SS.

Of course, in CQWWDX, even if it were allowed, you would get zero points
and hence no score impact (unless you were the only QSO with your
country/zone). Was that your motivation in asking? Are you going some place

Paul, I like that term "innovators" which you use below.
In our country the PT&T authority includes innovation in our rules (they
use the words "advancement" and "advancing") lest we still would be
transmitting sparks and receiving with a galena crystal.

N2NC and his team of bleary eyed typists have been at it again. Two
additional years, 1967 and 1968, have been added to the CQWW online score
database.
