[RTTY] NS RTTY session tonight: DUPES OK

A quick reminder that the NS RTTY session tonight returns to practice mode 
which means DUPES (rate junkies rejoice!)


Even if you've never tried a Sprint, give a listen between 0145Z - 0215Z, 80, 
40, or 20 @ +80 kHz. Call a CQ or answer someone. Don't worry about the format, 
just send a serial number, name, and state. That's all you need.
