Hi Kelly,

 

ARRL General Rule 3.3 also refers to a "given location." I would argue that
the "given location" is the place of the origin of the RF transmission. If
you are operating two stations at different QTHs, the RF originates from two
different places and the operator is not using more than one call sign from
that "given location." Therefore, the operator would not be in violation of
that rule.
