Tonight: 2nd Week of NS Ladder #23.

First week huge (for us) turnout of over 40 stations produced rates of
>125/hr for top stations.  Lots of fun under excellent conditions.

0230- 0300Z  15. 20, 40, 80 and 160 (40 khz up or 1813-1817)
