Weirder still, it appears to belong to ES7GM. I don't know about domestic
ES amateur radio regulations, but in most countries if one is a resident OR
if one holds a license issued by that country, only that license can be
used for all operations -- one cannot use license from another country
"portable". Certainly one CANNOT use the CEPT agreement in this manner.
CEPT explicitly applies only to non-residents of a country during a
temporary stay.
