Looks like the Data is incorrect -
There can be three HQ stations in VK - Zones 55 58 and 59
But no more than one in each Zone - although they can operate from more than
one location.
Zone 59 takes in VK12357 Zone 58 is WA and 55 is NT and QLD.

Subject: [CQ-Contest] IARU HF Championship - List of HQ multipliers
Hi all
This is the first list of 2015 HQ stations including AC, IARU, R1, R2 and R3
stations.
The list is a mix of known stations from earlier years and new/changed calls
for 2015.
I have mostly used the Daily DX Calendar, and I got some support from VE2FK,
Clause and G3BJ, Don
I got a list of known stations from R1 from G3BJ.
If anyone have a list of known stations form R2 and R3, please send it to
me.
The list so far can be found at
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/2651703/HQ2015.txt
THE LIST DOES NOT WORK TO ANY LOG PROGRAMS - YET
I hope that N6TV can create some files as last year, when we come closer to
the contest start.
