For me, WAEs are good practice for SO2V operation - if I  hit an EU station in 
the midst of a QTC, hit A=B, listen in the "other" ear while continuing 
tuning.When I hear TU, go back.


I wouldn't want to see more contests have QTCs, but I like the odd tradition of 
WAE.
