[CQ-Contest] Tuesday Night Contesting in NA

 Phone Fray, 10:30 pm EDT each Tuesday (0230z Wed).  30 minutes.  NAQP SSB 
exchange, name and S/P/C.

Conditions were just OK last week and participation was good on all bands, 
starting on 15 and ending on 160.  Lots of new callsigns in the mix.  Rules are

Suggested center frequencies are:  21.325, 14.250, 7.175, 3.800 (avoid 
3.790-3.800, and lower is better), 1.875.

Bring a friend.  Help out a new contester.  No logs, just report scores to
