In my part of the world where English is definitely a second language and
where some hams here think of every contact as a ragchew, I really doubt
those rates ... if done in this region.
One ham who stops you to give his name, spelling, and qth and spelling and
ask same from you can kill rate along with those who ask for fills, etc.
I would have to stand around to see with my own eyes super high rates in my
region.  Charly
