[CQ-Contest] iCAL Calendar for ADXO

In the "credit where credit is due" department, the programming that
creates the iCAL dataset from my ADXO data was done by Mike Coffee (KJ4Z),
not by me.  Mike is also the one who make the dataset available on the Web.
