[CQ-Contest] Rare Section Activity, SSB SS

Since I'll be on from VY1AAA, and I usually operate from Vermont...
I know VY1MAB will be on, and I presume John, VE8EV, will be as well,
but not confirmed.

Cary, VE4EA, will operate remote as W1S, from K2LE/1 in Vermont.
Of course, Mitch, W1SJ/WB1GQR  will be on as well.  So Vermont is covered.

Cart won't be missed, as a lot of VE4s should be on, notably Ed,
VE4VT/VE4EAR.

VE4GV will be at the helm of VE6SV.
