Spoofing an IP address just to appear to be in Switzerland is really too much 
work. One can get a VPN service for under $50/year with the ability to pick the 
pool of egress IP in all over the world, including Switzerland, Canada, USA, 
etc. A would be cheater can be a lot more effective using the VPN service and 
rapidly generate spots from all over the world.
